I cannot delete a document from the print queue. The status has been" "deleting..." for over a day. Newer documents will not print.Thank you.

The print queue displays output jobs that's is waiting to be completed. It has the most current status of all active and pending print jobs. If its not functioning as intended, it's possible that there's a misconfiguration within the printer settings. To
better assist you, we'd like to ask a few questions:

• Which Windows version are you using? Type winver in the search bar and press
  Enter to find out.
• Have you made any changes on you device prior to the issue?

Document Stuck in Print Queue as Deleting...

I installed a new HP OfficeJet 6962 a couple of months ago. It prints great from the web, but I have trouble printing from my wireless PC. Now there is a document in the print queue that has been deleting for 3 weeks. I have uninstalled and re-installed
the printer. That didn't work, so I would say this is a PC issue. I tried deleting the document again, but nothing works. How do I get that document out of there so I can print from my PC?
