Windows 10: I cannot delete the pin code when i try to sign in

I suggest you to follow the below steps to remove the sign in pin/password options.

• In the search box type sign-in-option.
• Click on the sign-in-option.
• Then you can find password/pin/picture password.
• There you can remove the option and check.

Thank you for your reply. Windows 10 may have encountered a corruption after taking off the password. We suggest that you follow the steps below to find the path on how to delete the NGC folder on the File Explorer:

• Using your administrator account, kindly open File Explorer
  using the search bar.
• Go to this location:
  
  C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\NGC. See the screenshot provided below as reference.
  
• Delete the files within that folder
• Go to Settings, Accounts, and then
  Sign-in options to see if you can now add a PIN.
