Windows 10: I cannot do anything on my pc. I can move my mouse around and type in the run box but...

If I try to open settings or task manager, nothing happens. Not a single app works, and I can’t close the ones that open on startup. I can’t do anything in my cmd either. The only change I have made recently that may have done something is I copy and pasted commands from an answer on this site into my cmd. WEll i took on this project for PP hes a hardware reviewer and wants to get the professional looking pics for the Pc parts

Materials:

• Big cardboard box

• a razor

• white material 3 yards

• cone lights

• stapler

• medical tape

• pvc pipe about 6 inches longer than your box

• white paint any cheap finger paint would work

the project I'm guessing will cost me $30 if it works out properly
I will post pictures and step by step as i do it

I would suggest you to try the below methods and check if it helps:

Method 1: I would suggest you to run “Hardware and Devices” troubleshooter to diagnose the exact issue.

Follow these steps to run the troubleshooter:

• Press “Windows key + X”.
• Type “Troubleshooting” without quotes in the Search box and hit enter.
• Select “Hardware and Sound” from the Troubleshooter Window.
• Select “Hardware and Devices” under Devices option.
• Follow the On Screen instructions.

Method 2:
Un-install and re-install latest keyboard and mouse drivers from the manufacturer’s website and see if that helps:

Follow these steps:

• Press “Windows Key + X” from the keyboard.
• Type “device Manager” without quotes in the search box and hit enter.
• Right click on the keyboard and mouse rivers and select
  “Uninstall”.
• Restart the computer once it is uninstalled.
