Windows 10: I cannot download any apps from microsoft store.

Recently i had a problem where i could not open Nvidia Control Panel so i uninstalled it but the thing is, when i tried to install it back from the microsoft store it said error and all the things dissapeared from there and the message : "Error encountered: One of the update services is not running properly". So i clicked on Get more info and it took me to this page: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-update-troubleshooter-19bc41ca-ad72-ae67-af3c-89ce169755dd . And when i clicked Check for Windows Updates it took me into settings where it said Something went wrong try to reop

I am writing to seek assistance with downloading apps from the Microsoft Store on my Windows 11 system. Unfortunately, I’ve encountered an issue where apps remain stuck in a pending state, and I’m unable to download or update them.

Problem Description:

• Apps are not downloading or updating.
  
• They remain stuck in the queue for an extended period.
  

Steps Taken:

1. I’ve signed out and signed back into my Microsoft Store account.
   
2. I’ve cleared the Microsoft Store cache using the wsreset command.
   
3. I’ve attempted to repair the Microsoft Store installation.
   

Request for Assistance: Could you please provide guidance on resolving this issue? Are there any additional steps I should take to ensure successful app downloads?
