Windows 10: I cannot download anything from the Microsoft Store or update windows and am getting Error...

Whenever I try to update my windows it does not work and Says "Something is wrong Please Try again later". I have had this issue for months and haven't been able to figure out a resolution. Windows hasn't been able to update and takes forever to load. I also haven't been able to download anything from the Microsoft store such as the Xbox app and every other app.
