    I cannot download fitbit for my desktop from the Windows store


    When I click it nothing happens.

    I have downloaded it in the past, but the connect and sync have disappeared. I hadn't used my fitbit charge 2 for a year as the strap broke and I didn't bother getting a new one until now.

    I have tried to download the app via the fitbit site, and directly from the Windows store. I have also tried the links suggested on this site to no avail. I have been on the phone with fitbit on two separate occasions, and they say it is a Windows problem. When

    get the app, the screen changes, and there is no place to click on the new screen. There is a rectangle that says free, but it pale in color and not clickable. Please help, I am ready to take this fitbit back.

    fitbit app from microsoft store will not download

    I cannot download the fitbit app either. None of these steps worked for me. There was no cache. Troubleshooting didn't find any problems.
