    I cannot download one of five anime I purchased from Microsoft around the end of February 2023


    March 2, 2023 Order number 3504849847Cowboy Bebop, Season 1You can see I purchased Cowboy Bebop on March 2nd. While I can stream it online, four other TV shows I purchased I can and did download. The "Movies/TV" app still shows those other 4 as downloadable but not Cowboy Bebop. How can I download this 26 episode anime?
