Windows 10: I cannot download/play a game I've purchased on a device that's been registered

Hello, I've purchased Minecraft Bedrock Edition through the Microsoft store, and cannot download or play the game. whenever I attempt to do so, I'm directed to the store to the game I've already purchased. When I attempt to install it, I am starting to get infuriated at this point because I've just spent money on a game I cannot play.Please provide any assistance possible.Thanks, Mike.

I suggest you to update the Graphic Card drivers by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
