Windows 10: I cannot enable "Show recently added apps" in Start setting

As the title says. I cannot turn it on, i am the administrator and i am using original Windows 10 education. Any help would be appreciated.Edition Windows 10 Education Version 22H2 Installed on ‎04/‎12/‎2022 OS build 19045.2728 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4190.0

NEWLY added apps are not showing on Start App list

1. Is Cortana able to search the apps installed?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if that helps.

• Type Start Settings in Search and hit
  Enter.
• Turn on Show recently added apps in jump list of Start of Taskbar.

How to enable "Show most used apps"?

Hello Douglas,

Most used from the Start menu and the Run history can be enabled through Settings. To turn them on, the following are the steps:

• Click on Start.
• Go to Settings.
• Select Personalization.
• From the Start tab, turn Show most used apps on.
• Turn Show recently opened items in Jump Lists on Start or the taskbar on.
