Windows 10: I cannot enter my username and password to approve windows to autofill my passwords on chrome.

I recently switched my laptop to an HP, and now when I try to autofill my passwords on chrome, Windows Security is asking for a username and password. I have tried all my emails and login combinations, including the one I use to log on to my laptop. It keeps saying incorrect username or password. This is frustrating, and I've tried to turn off this extra security verification, but it also asks for the username and password, which I do not know. Is it supposed to be my email? I have looked at all help sites and tried to contact support, but you guys really don't have good help services. Very un
