Windows 10: I CANNOT FIGURE OUT WHY I CAN SIGN OUT OF MICROSOFT AND SIGN BACK IN BUT MY MICROSOFT MAIL...

When I set up my Microsoft Mail account I wanted to make sure I could send and receive emails,so I sent emails back and forth to my other accounts, and linked two accounts. Everything was working fine until I made a mistake, recently my password got hacked on YouTube because itwas the same as my Microsoft password, so on my Microsoft Mail I decided to delete the Microsoft account that goes to Outlook mail, and tried to change the password, I couldn't,so I left it alone, now when I send that Microsoft email I get that message that says undeliveredmail in Outlook but that same email will got to

Cannot sign in microsoft account.

My device: Lumia 520. GDR2.
I cannot sign in my Microsoft account on my device. It didnt say any error but Microsoft account is not listed in Email and account list. When I click add button, it will show microsoft account option but after press sign in, it is still not shown in email
and account. Another problem is i cannot delete facebook account. Error code: 0x83cf1202. I have tried as suggested here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2475837/en-us#step0x83cf1202 but as my Microsoft account is not shown, I cannot do step 6.

Any suggestion?

 

Microsoft claims I signed up for Windows 10...

As far as Microsoft is concerned, they believe you've signed up to donate your first-born. That's how their internal logic works.

 

Sign in with a Microsoft account instead

I do in fact have an existing Microsoft account and if I go directly to Microsoft, everything works. The problem is clearly at Step 7 of the process of, "Sign in with a Microsoft account instead." I don't know why this is happening.
