Windows 10: I cannot find Imaging Devices on my Windows 10 laptop

Hello,


So I have an HP Pavilion Intel Core i5 10th gen touchscreen laptop with Windows software. I came across a problem with my camera as it won't turn on during my Zoom meeting, because apparently my computer cannot find a camera. So I went to Device Manager to look for Imaging Devices to start up the Camera, however, imaging Devices isn't there, so I am stuck. IS there any way to add Imaging Devices to my laptop? Thanks.

I suggest you to run Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter.
Follow these steps to run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter:

• Press the ‘Windows + X key on the keyboard and click on
  Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click Hardware and Devices.
• Follow the on-screen instruction to run the troubleshooter.

Try to access the device manufacturer's website and download and install the latest chipset drivers.
