Windows 10: I cannot find the e-mail with my product key for Windows

I am trying to install a new SSD for my desktop. In order for it to work I have to type in my Windows 11 product key. I know that I have a Windows 10/11 Home account, because I recently bought it in the Microsoft store. On the website of Microsoft it says that I have to find the key in the e-mail confirmation, however I do not see it.... I can see my order number: 4721148003And that I bought it on the 19th of August 2024. Can someone help me please?

Unable to open the e-mails in Mail app.

As an initial step, I suggest you to check for any pending updates in Windows. Follow the below steps;

• Press Windows key+ I to open the
  Settings.
• 
  Click on Update & security, then click on
  Windows Update.
  
• 
  Select Check for updates. If Windows Update says that your PC is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available.
