Windows 10: I cannot fix error "D:\MIrror - parameter is incorrect"

I cannot fix error "D:\MIrror - parameter is incorrect" D: is an internal drive. I have run SFC and scannow which has not worked.I have disconnected the external hard drive to which D:\Mirror folder is sync'd and still get the error on startup.I have uninstalled and re-installed the seagate toolkit software and that has not corrected the error.I have removed unnecessary files from c: driveI have returned to a previous system restore point and that has not worked.Sincerely, Dennis Hess

When i try to open any file from D: is shows me an windows with the text ''This parameter is incorrect''
