Windows 10: I cannot get a BitLocker recovery key

Hi,I've followed all of Microsoft's steps and it says I do not have a Bitlocker recovery key. I have a relatively new Dell Alienware laptop, its having issues with the motherboard and Dell is saying I need to have a Bitlocker recovery key before they will replace the motherboard. My account does not have it, I only have two emails and the other one does not have a Microsoft account. I did a factory reset and reinstalled Windows and I still do not have a BitLocker recovery key. So really just stuck here and have no idea why there is not one on my account?Thanks,Phil

Meanwhile, try finding BitLocker Recovery Key if you have ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key for your computer.

Lost bitlocker recovery key

I have lost my bitlocker recovery key and tried following the recovery steps. I have also searched and tried following the command prompts suggested but none have worked.
