Windows 10: I cannot get an Acer A315 laptop to upgrade Windows 10 from Vn 1511 to a higher number

Windows Update has been run at least 9 times and it appears to install correctly with no errors being reported but the Vn stays at1511.Windows Update Troubleshooter reports errors such as:"The location where Windows Update stores data has changed and must be repaired."I have run sfc /scannow and DISM.Please help

My Acer laptop has no bluetooth, installing the drivers doesn't work

My Acer Aspire A315-56 laptop has no bluetooth and installing the drivers doesn't work. I mean the drivers listed on the Acer website.
Regarding what recent changes happened on my laptop, Windows Update gave me a firmware update yesterday by Insyde.

I'm using Windows 10 20H2

 

Windows 10 upgrade problem, no input accepted

I really hate having to come here and ask for help, but I really am stumped. It hurts my geek pride. I have a PC with fairly modern hardware in it. It has a p8p67 pro in it. I have tried upgrading windows 10 on it twice now. Both times I have had the same result.

After windows finishes upgrading it goes to the log in/set up screen. I can't do anything. No keyboard or mouse input is accepted.

I will list some, or hopefully all, of the troubleshooting steps I have tried:

• Move keyboard and mouse to different USB ports.
• Try different keyboard or mouse.
• Restart computer, repeatedly.
• Google for related issues.
• Update Bios, because why not.
• Create boot media and revert to windows 7.

The windows 10 system restore boot media works fine with keyboard and mouse. All USB ports work in windows 7. I don't know what is wrong. I suspect that windows 10 is lacking a driver of some sort, but since the computer accepts no input I have no way of checking for which driver let alone installing it.

Please help me figure this out. If I have to revert back to windows 7 again, I am not going to get it upgraded to windows 10. Thank you in advanced.

 

Latest Windows 10 updates are not working with my Laptop - Acer Aspire3 (A315-21-48AQ).

My laptop is Acer Aspire3 (A315-21-48AQ). Last successful update on 17th October 2019. Laptop was working fine. On 1st November 2019 some upadates notified from Microsoft and I opt those. But after completion of update, when laptop restarted then
message appeared that can not complete update and undoing changes. Then it continues with the loop that undoing changes and my laptop is not starting. Always at starting message appearing as undoing changes and loop continues for hours. Unable to start my
laptop. Please help to resolve. Thanx.
