Windows 10: I cannot get correct time, my windows is cursed by the time lords

I have tried everything under the sun, several times. My pc will not sync to the correct time, i have to set my time manually. And even when i set the time manually, the time stays at the same hour even if i do not turn off the pc.

Trying to use the normal "set time automatically" and "set time zone automatically" does not work.

I have replaced CMOS battery

i have changed time server

i have tried restarting time service

i have tried w32tm /resync, net time,

which just results in "The computer did not resync because no time data was available."

The weird thing is today i installed WSL2 and ubuntu, and in terminal when i run "date", i get the correct date and time.

its just so damn annoying that i cannot trust something that is so ingrained in me to check.



Any ideas?

suspended for cursing one time?????

hi i have been suspended for cursing one time (like the title says) after my first suspension and if you are able to report a person multiple times that should be removed especially for messages.it just doesnt make sense why i would be suspended for cursing
one time i repeat ONE time thank you for your time.and have a good day.
