Windows 10: I cannot get Keysight IO Libraries to install under Windows 11 22H2

I cannot get Keysight IO Libraries to install under Windows 11 22H2.The installation window come up. You answer the Windows Question "Do you want this applications to make changes to your computer..."; answer "YES" and then it just goes away.The latest Windows 11 release from Keysight/Agilent is "IOLibSuite_18_3_29517.exe". The older install version still works, but I need to set its VISA Library and the Prime/First Visa. You do that with the installation and select repair and choose the order of the Keysight VISA.It installs/repairs just fine under build 21H2. I finally allowed the comput

Windows 11 Compatibility Troubleshooter error 0x80070057

When I right check a file and ask Windows 11 (22H2) to check compatibility, instantly the window pops up with an error "An error occurred while loading the troubleshooter". This started happening after version 22H2, upgraded last night.

Also with this 22H2 version, I have not been able to re-install Keysight's IO Library Suite. I could under v21H2.

How do I undo the update and go back to 21H2?

 

JW Library and Windows 11 22H2 Update and Feature update crash.

If you are having trouble opening JW Library after updating to Windows 11 22H2 and then after updating the feature pack that includes tabs in My Computer and JW Library will no longer install .jw[ub files, there is a work around.

First these are 2 separate issues.

1) Upgrade to Windows 11 22H2 and JW Library will no longer stay open.

2) Upgrade to the feature pack that includes the tab My Computer, JW Library can no longer install .jwpub files.

Both issues have different causes, I have been unable to find either. However I have posted 3 videos 1 as a work around to the 22H2 update, the other as a fix to the 22H2 update and feature update.



Currently it is the only fix.

I went back to 21H2 and everything started working again!

Keysight IO Library Suite would not install either. It installed perfectly under 21H2. Keysight was me to pay for tech support to tell them that - lol. Let them be blind.

The comparability checker is working again.

I wasted a lot of time today but am happy again.
