Windows 10: I cannot install apps from the Microsoft Store Error Code 0x80070422

Okay, so I've tried clearing cache from the store, making space, etc.

NOTHING worked.

All I want to do is install a bloody fan controller, my PC needs it.

I don't know what info you want so just ask, also I'm kinda dumb so you'll need to be very simple,

Error code 0x80070422, when installing Microsoft Photos apps from Store.

Everytime i tried to download and install Microsoft Photos at apps Store this Error pops up, "Try that again , Something went wrong. The error code is 0x80070422, in case you need it.

Pls help me install default Windows 10 picture viewer (microsoft photos) from Apps Store.

I had tried all except re registering MSoft Store , but that unfortunately did not work .

Very intermittently use SurfEasy VPN, but last time used pre dated this build & problem by some time.

Have built pc systems /rebuilt windows op system literally100's times over 25 years for myself and others, and troubleshooted most known problems but this looks like a reinstall.
Not listed in Microsoft web notice as ongoing issue involving current build.

Only had Store problem once before since it was introduced years ago, and that was easily resolved !
