I cannot change my lamguange, i cant download the languange pack. Its not clickable

Windows 8.1 update changed the language, can't change back

Maybe, these will help... it seems it is a common enough problem.

Language packs are no longer available after you upgrade to Windows 8.1

And, sort of the same here --> Add a language or keyboard

Change your Windows display language

• Tap or click Set as primary to move the language to the top of the list. If the language can become your Windows display language, you'll see Will be display language after next sign-in appear under the language.
• Sign out and then sign back in to finish.

Trying to change display language but "No language pack available"

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community.

I understand that you are unable to download the English language pack.
I suggest you to follow the steps provided below to download the language pack.

• 
  Press Windows logo key + X key.
  
• 
  Click on Control Panel.
  
• 
  Double click on Language.
  
• 
  Click on Add language.
  
• 
  Double Click on English language.
  
• 
  Click on options on right hand side of the English language pack.
  
• 
  Click on Download and install language pack.

Windows 7 Language Pack

Hey guys i have an imported note book with windows 7 Home Premium in Italian language but i can understand only English i have searched some topic about language changing packs but all packs only support Windows 7 Ultimate or Professional versions.can someone help me?
