Windows 10: I cannot install my new HP printer to my HP Windows 11 pc

Hello all. I cannot install my new printer, no matter what I do. It's an HP Office Jet 8015e, to my HP Windows 11 laptop. When I go to do this, under add a printer or scanner, the install never happens. After I press "add device", the laptop goes through the motions, & never finds it. I was able to set it all up, & add it to my HP Smart app. I have x3 devices total, & I can see the printer under HP Smart on all 3. The other 2 are both by Samsung: an S24 & a Galaxy Tab 7; both are running Android 14. I actually can send print jobs using both. But, not the laptop. I would like to

Windows 11 HP / PC HP printer

Good Morning,

Trying to connect my HP 24 64BT w/ Windows 11 to my HP Officejet 4315. All-in-One printer. PC settings show as connected to the printer...in fact, will print the test page, nothing else. Have downloaded proper driver to PC. In device settings, the report shows "no driver installed" Have followed HP suggestions, rebooting router, rebooting computer, changing external USB port connection to different USB port...I am at dead end what to do next.

 

Windows 10 new upgrade; HP network printer will not print

Windows 10 new upgrade; HP network printer shows as properly installed on printer list but will not print. Printer dialogue box shows "printing" but no output. I have removed and reinstalled this printer to this PC. Same printer worked before with
Win 8.1 and still does with my wife's Win 7 PC. So not printer. Win 10 printer troubleshooter did not find any problems. Any suggestions to correct?
