Windows 10: I cannot install or remove any application 0x80073cf9 & 0x80073cfa

I cannot install, update or remove any application. When I download a new application, it downloads and installs normally, but I won't uninstall it anymore. When I want to update, I get 0x80073cf9, but when I want to delete I get a 0x80073cfa notification. I tried: Dism Sfc Windows app folder permission changes

After the start up my pc is hanging a lot and after opening the store I see that the existing apps are trying to update but can't, error code (0x80073CF9). I tried to uninstall them but can't, error code (0x80073CFA). I wanted to reset by removing everything
I have but it fails to make any change. I wanted to go back to windows 7 but it says that the back up has been deleted. I can't connect to the contact support either. Please help.

How are you trying to uninstall them? Uninstall option from the Start Menu?

Can't remove W10 packages - error 0x80073CFA

Hi

Some windows 10 applications don't work on my computer. They open for a short while and then close immediately.

I tried to remove the package (Microsoft App Store) using shell command ;

Remove-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe

But received the following error;

Remove-AppxPackage : Deployment failed with HRESULT: 0x80073CFA, Removal failed. Please contact your software vendor. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80073CFA)

I then tried to download PsExec and DB Browser for SQLite and run them as suggested by some websites.

On the Database and under Browsing the data I found the IsInBox for the specific package "Microsoft.WindowsStore_11905.1001.4.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe" which meant to be removed already was set to 0.

On the google website, the suggestion was to change the IsInBox from 1 to 0 to enable and prepare the removal of the package.

Is there something else I need to check for before removing Microsoft App Store package from my computer.
