Windows 10: I cannot install windows or login to my pc

I was going to install clean windows today but in the installation window where showing partitions, it didn't allow me to install windows because it says "Bitlocker turned on". So I went to control panel and turned off and it took some time. While it decrypting the blue error code with bad sign screen showed up. Now every time I start to turn on my PC it doesn't and showing the same blue screen and restarting automatically. Now I cannot even install windows because the Bitlocker decryption wasn't successful tho. I am so confused about what to do right now. Never faced a problem like this befor

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Windows 7 wont install drivers

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.
