Windows 10: I cannot locate product key for my Windows 11 Home purchase

I purchased Windows 11 Home version through microsoft.com website. I can see the purchase in my "Order history" page, although that page doesn't include product key. This guide says:The product key is in the confirmation email you received after buying your digital copy of Windows.I didn't receive confirmation email as quoted above. Should I see the product key or will it be activated automatically when I login with my account?

How to locate windows 10 product key? my hp notepad had Windows 10 preinstalled when I purchased it (Its a legal copy). Cant find the product key listed on packaging. .. Is there a copy of the product key in my computer files? Where can I find it?

 

No product key after Windows 10 purchase

• Have you done clean install?
• Are you getting any error message?
• From where have you purchased the Windows 10?

If you have purchased from online Microsoft store or any store I suggest you to contact them for the product key.

Since the laptop has no battery compartment wherein the product key is usually located, we recommend that you follow these steps to find your Windows product key:

• Press Windows + X and select Command Prompt (Admin).
• Enter this command: wmic path SoftwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey
  and hit Enter.
