    Your credentials could not be verified

    i am able to log into windows on my laptop, but i am unable to log in on my desktop. when i try, it says "your credentials could not be verified"

    when i try to log in using safe mode, i get "the paramater is incorrect"

    I have reset the password for my login, and I am still unable to log in on my desktop

    I didn’t use my laptop for about a month. Currently, when I try to start it and enter my PIN, the message appears saying “Your credentials could not be verified”. How to fix the issue?

    After trying to repair my hard drive, I tried logging into my laptop and instead of being taken to my desktop something popped up saying "your credentials could not be verified." I can't login to my laptop at all now. Whether I use my password, pin, or
    face, nothing. what do I do? I'm using windows 10.
