Windows 10: I cannot log into my One Drive, Word etc. I have forgotten the microsoft password I setup...

Help. I had my phone break completely and cannot get into the OneDrive or word I downloaded to the new phone. I need the password to set them up so I can Sync it to my desktop computer that has all the files etc. on them. I also need this password to fully install the authenticator of which it is constantly stating it is sending codes etc. to it on the phone but once again you have to have the password to get it to work completely. Is there a number I can call for Microsoft to get help changing my password? Now all it does if I try to change it by text, email, or authenticator which
