Windows 10: I cannot login my account after updating Windows 10

When I login, the letters cannot be entered, but the numbers can. The weird thing is that I can enter letters and numbers when the system said I made so many errors and asked me to input A1B2C3 for test. I did as be asked. Passing the test, so it indicates my keyboard is functioning. When I enter my password, the same thing happned again. Still numbers only allowed.

I tried on-screen keyboard, but it didn’t work out. I can enter numeranot the letters. The cursor is not blinking in the password section.
I want to change the password to numbers only, yet my previous email address for registration is gone. I change my phone number to verify and receive the code from you, but it said I have to wait one month later. I can wait for so long, and who knows if the pure number password will solve the problem or not.

Can you help me with the issue? All my documents are sitting there, and I really need to use my compter right now for work and college courses.

Strange Windows 10 User Account issue.

Unfortunately I had done those steps numerous reboots, it just, reappears for no good reason. The base account isn't even a Microsoft account, it's a local account.

I haven't quite tried the built in administrator account on W10, but so far in my experience on my own computer, the built in account seemed to have absolutely no more control than I did on my own.

It's just strange, I go in, it warns me twice about deleting the account, then it's gone. Reboot, and it's back?

EDIT: Just to specify, both command line and Netplwiz both say only HIS account exists on the computer, it doesn't list this rogue account. This is what I meant in my first post about the fact that even Windows doesn't seem to believe it exists, HALF the time. *Frown

 

Cannot login to windows 10 after update! PLEASE HELP!

Thank you for the advice on enabling the administrator account. I follow all the steps and enabled the administrator account but I am still unable to log in. I am attaching 2 photos of the screens I am able to see at boot up.




I have no way to choose which account to log in with.
Any other ideas or suggestion?

  If its Microsoft account are you able to login using the web interface?
  

I suggest you to use the on-screen keyboard and try to login. Follow the steps below:

Click on the Ease of Access icon at the right bottom of the screen and select On-screen keyboard and check if issue persists.

Please get back to us with the results of the above instructions.
