    Hi,For some reason I cannot login to my Windows 10 PC, even though I am using same mail name and code in outlook as when doing the login.Is there a way of solving this?I reset my account code yesterday, but that code does not work when trying to start windows 10. It's need to be auto-fixed due to an update that went wrong...I cannot reset the PC myself, since the PC does not accept my login detail, so I am stuck at blue screen.What can I do?/Shawis
