Windows 10: I cannot login or play Microsoft Jisaw Puzzle all the others yes

I cannot login or play Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzle. It is the only game I cannot play. Before I could not play "Rompecabezas Mágicos" but now I cannot login Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzle. I have run all the programs. There are other free apps from the store I am using windows 10 32 bits that I cannot use. As Ccleaner is in a black list I cannot dowload any cleaner too. Please Microsoft help me. Now I can log into "Rompecabezas Mágicos" but not into the one I love Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzle. I have run all the tools.

Method: Check last played game.

1. Open Jigsaw Puzzle.
   
2. Search for My account and you will see images below
   My account, click on the image and all your last solved puzzle will be there.

Microsoft Jigsaw: cannot purchase more puzzles

Hi,

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community.

• What all the troubleshooting steps have you tried to resolve the issue?

I suggest you to logout and login into computer and then try to purchase the puzzle collection and check if the issue persists or not.

I suggest you to install all the latest pending Windows updates as below and check if it helps.

• Go to “settings” and click on “update and security”.
• Under tab “Windows update”, click on the icon “check for updates”.
• Then once you find the pending updates install it and check.
