    1. My TOWNSHIP game app is not working properly on my PC running windows 11. I CANNOT MAKE PIGYBANK PURCHASES in the game app. since APRIL of LAST YEAR and have paid close to $2K extra to make a different purchase. I am getting tired of this!!!I want my money back! Each time I am making a $4.99 purchase, it should be a $2.99 purchase. This same exact scenario happened a couple years ago and they connected me to tech support that could take control of my computer and attempt the purchase. When it would not work for them, eventually they assigned me a new Microsoft account to fix the problem.

    Township in game purchase

    I purchased a cash safe for the township game on my laptop. Have done this before with no issues. This time everything appears to work, I received a receipt, however no cash has been added to my game. I have shut down the laptop, rebooted, left it overnight
    and still no credit. What do I do now ?

    Problem with in app purchase fot Township game

    For a few days now, I have been trying to make a purchase in my township game. When I go to make the purchase, it has an error message and states not supported. The other frustration is it has worked previously however went out again. Anyone else having
