Windows 10: I cannot open iTunes on my Windows 11 Home PC

I cannot open iTunes on my Windows 11 Home PC. I have already uninstalled my previous version of iTunes, and anything that said "Apple". I downloaded and installed iTunes from the Microsoft Store; however, when I try to open it it says that I need to uninstall my previous version. When I say ok, it says it can't uninstall it and I need to do it from the Programs & Features Control Panel. However, iTunes isn't there to uninstall. I tried downloading it and installing it from Apple's website, but I could not install it. Again, it states that it's already installed and needs uninstalled first

I suggest you to follow the steps below to stop iTunes to open automatically:

• 
  Open Task Manager.
  
• 
  Select the Startup Tab.
  
• 
  Right click any app in the Startup menu and select Disable.
  

If this does not fix the issue, then this needs to be taken care during installation of iTunes, so you may uninstall iTunes and reinstall it and make sure you check for the startup option during the setup wizard of iTunes.
