Windows 10: I cannot open Microsoft Store. It crashes upon run, recommended option, cmd or powershell...

I have a serious problem using apps directly related to windows 10, some associated apps won't delete, update or even work.When I tried wsreset command, It shows up an error, I don't know what does it meanowershell doesn't help either because it fails to process and interrupts:I even reinsalled OS, Store app began to malfunction when I signed in online.Please help me solve this... I'm using latest updates.Feedback hub

Microsoft Store is not working

This issue might have occurred because of some issues with the Windows Store cache.

So, I suggest you to try the steps provided below and see if it helps you to fix the issue.

Step 1: Run WSReset.exe
.

• Press Windows+R key to open
  Run box
• Enter wsreset.exe in the Run command and then tap or click
  OK.
• Restart your computer and check.

If resetting Windows Store cache does not help then,

Step 2: Re-register Windows Store by running the following commands in a CMD window started as Administrator:

Follow the below steps.

• Open the Start menu, type Windows PowerShell in the search bar.
  
• Right click on the Windows PowerShell and select Run as administrator.
  
• Press OK the UAC prompt if shown. That will open an elevated command prompt. (It will show Administrator in the caption.)
  
• Then enter the chkdsk command
  
  PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted
  
  $manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest
  
• Restart the computer and try to download the apps.

APP STORE CRASH

I would suggest you to try running Windows store app troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Type troubleshooting in the
  Search area on the taskbar.
  
• 
  Click on View all on the left panel of the Troubleshooting Windows.
  
• 
  Select Windows store Apps.
  
• 
  Follow the on screen instruction.
  

If the issue persists, Please follow the following steps:

• • Open the Task manager. Here’s a tip: Press CTRL+Shift+ESC.
  • Click File > Run New Task
  • Make sure you have a check mark beside “Create this task with administrative privileges”
  • Type Powershell
  • Type the following in the Powershell prompt:
    
    $manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest
  • Close the Powershell window
  • Reboot the computer and check if it helps.

Follow these steps to run the Windows in built troubleshooter:

a) Write Troubleshooting in the search box and hit enter.

b) Click on Troubleshooting
tab.

c) Click on view all option on the upper left corner.

d) Select the Windows store Apps
option from the list.

e) Click Next to run the Troubleshooter.

Method 2

Please follow the below steps and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

Step 1: Clear and reset the Store Cache

• 
  Open Start screen and press
  Windows + R keys on the keyboard.
  
• 
  Run Window will open, and type
  wsreset.exe in the text box.
  

Step 2: Re-register the Store App

Run the following in a Command Window (CMD) to re-register the Store App:

powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.XML
