    I cannot open my Microsoft store in Win11, some other apps cannot open as well


    '[Title] can’t open because it is offline. The storage device might be missing or disconnected' this message keeps showing up when I try to open office. I try to follow the install process of Microsoft Store, but I cannot even open the Windows Terminal Admin. It just said 'Windows cannot find 'wt.exe''.
