Windows 10: I cannot open or repair the MS Store

I purchased an MSI prebuilt with Win11 Home. I have updated it fully. However, during setup, it attempted to install PCAppStore which my AV flagged as malicious and removed. Since then I have no access to the Microsoft Store. When attempting to open the store a blank screen opens. I have attempted "cmd > wsreset.exe" and get an error that I need a new app. Searching for Store just finds links to attempt to open the store, which fails. Help?

This issue might occur due to corrupted Windows store settings. As you have tried with different troubleshooting steps with no avail, I suggest you to try the below methods and check if this helps.

Method 1:

• 
  Press Windows + X keys on the keyboard, select
  Command prompt (admin).
  
• 
  Enter the below commands one by one and hit Enter key. These commands will check and repair if there are any corrupted Windows files
  
  Dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
  
  Sfc /scannow
  

Method 2: I suggest you to check with the system Date, time and Time zone
is set correct.

Follow the steps to set the date and time:

• Type “Date and Time” in the search bar.
• Click Change date and time button.
• Click Apply and Ok to save the date and time.

Note: Click on the Time Zone tab to check the Time Zone.

Method 3: I suggest you to Disable Proxy Settings

Windows Store apps won't work properly if you are using a proxy server. You may disable the proxy server and check.

Follow the below steps.

• Press Windows Key + R to open run command, type
  inetcpl.cpl.
• Under Internet Options, go to
  Connections tab.
• c. Click on the LAN Settings button.
• Then uncheck the option Use a proxy server for your LAN.
• Click Apply.

Store crashes in window 10 : you'll need a new app to open this: ms-windows-store

I just added my wife, Melissa, as a new user account and now the Microsoft Store app is not even listed. When I click on adding an app from your Edge homepage it still shows the window:

You'll need a new app to open this ms-windows-store

I have already typed in the powershell commands suggested and restarted and its still not working. What is the next step? I am using a Dell XPS All In One that started with WIndows 8 - upgraded to 8.1 and then upgraded to WIndows 10.
