    Hello, thank you for helping me at first. I have this problem that i saw today. Yesterday i changed the permissions according a tutorial for another user that i finded on proprieties security... you understand me. I changed for disc C, and i putted some command in Power Shell because i was having problems with that. I solve this problems and yesterday everything was good. When i opened today my pc first what i saw that my circle when you open pc was moving very slow, after that, i introduce my password and i got a black screen tottaly , and down white line without wifi, searching bar, applicat

    Can't open Task Manager as administrator

    So, whenever i try to open my task manager on my pc, it says "Task Manager was deactivated by your Administrator", even thought it is my PC and i am the admin.     Manage This PC Not Opening as Administrator

    There is an option to right click This PC and select Manage which should open Computer Management as an Administrator. When I select the Mange option in a user account on my laptop I don't get the prompt to enter the admin password and Computer Management opens in user mode with restricted features.

    Do I have a problem which can be fixed or is this a bug in v1809?

    Open a running program

    Hi,

    Which program are you referring to?

    If Windows states that the program but can't see it, then I would suggest you check in the task manager if the program is running in the background. Right click on the start menu and select "Task manager" and check if the process is listed in the processes
    that are running currently. If yes, right click on the program and click on "End task" to end the process completely. Now restart the PC and try launching the program. If the issue persists, get back to us with the name of the application that you are trying
    to use so that we can check suggest accordingly.
