Windows 10: I cannot personalize my computer because of windows activation

I am trying to activate my windows so that i can update my backround but troubleshooter doesnt work my error codes never match witht the other ones, no virtual assistant is working, and every sit link i get is all the same and it will not help. Yes i am connected to internet and my account is a administrator.

I suggest you to activate the copy of Windows 10 via phone by following the steps below:

• Press “Windows key + R” and type “slui 4” and press Enter.
• Select your Region/Country.
• Select the Phone Activation option, and hold on for a real person.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
