Windows 10: I cannot print a page from a website. Instead of printing, it goes to save and there is no...

I am trying to print a page off a website. The website offers a "print" icon but when I press it, instead of printing, it directly me to save it in a file..Then I can't print it from this file...there is no print option. My printer is working fine and printing everything else but not from this website. Why does it go to save?

windows 11, when requesting to print, printer goes to save print output.

Hi! I am having an issue with not being able to print. After installing windows 11, when I try to print a page the system goes into ' save print output ' and does not print. The printer is an Epson XP-7100. I've tried some of the suggestions in the Microsoft Community with no difference. After removing and reloading the printer software the printer prints a test page with no issues, but when attempting to print from other programs the same error comes up.

Method 3: Try printing after disabling Protected Mode

Try printing a webpage after disabling Protected Mode. To do this, follow these steps:

• Click the Tools icon in Internet Explorer and go to Internet Options.
• Click the Security tab and uncheck the checkbox beside Enable Protected Mode (requires restarting Internet Explorer).
• Click Apply, and then click OK.
• Close all open Internet Explorer windows, and then restart Internet Explorer.
• Browse to a website and try test printing a page while running as the Administrator.
