Windows 10: I cannot print full picture by right click on the file name and left click on Print. Only...

When I try to print pictures by right click on the file name and left click on Print, "Print Pictures" shows up, and I click Print. It prints only the top part of the picture. I made sure all selections, including printer properties, are correct at Print Pictures.


When I display the picture by using Microsoft Photos and click the print icon, I can print the picture fully.


I can also print the document by right click on the file name and left click on Print.


I checked my printer, Brother DCP-8080DN. There is nothing wrong with the printer. Just in case, I uninstalled the software for the printer and reinstalled the software.

I have also cleared Print Spooler by deleting all spool files. Nevertheless, the result is the same.


I have no idea what is wrong with this and how to fix the issue. I am afraid that the same thing might happen even if I buy a new printer, as it seems that the issue comes from the connection between "Print Pictures" and the printer.

Pictures won't print

Hello,

To print a photo, you may use the Photos app. Follow these steps:

• Open the Photos app and then click on the picture.
• Click the 3 dots icon and then choose Print.

Step 1:

1. Open Photo gallery and click on the photo that you want to print.

2. Click on the file tab from the top left side of the page.

3. Next select print and again print.

you will be able to print.

If however you are unable to find the print option then follow step 2.

Step 2:

• Once the document/picture is open in, press
  Ctrl+P.
• Click Print as PDF button.
• Check if the document prints as expected.
