Windows 10: I cannot purchase a PowerBI visual

Discus and support I cannot purchase a PowerBI visual in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I am trying to purchase a PowerBI visual, but when I try to purchase the visual, the webpage just stays buffering...     I'm trying to install PowerBI Desktop Setup on Windows 7. I get the error below:

    Microsoft .NET Framework required for Microsoft PowetBI Desktop
