Windows 10: I cannot reach support

After over an hour of waiting, someone finally connected to the chat… then closed the case immediately, no contact at all, no response to my request for help.My mom bought a MacBook with the Microsoft 365 non subscription version. When we tried to set it up it said she had to log into Microsoft then after I put in the new code it only showed an old subscription and when we tried to get help using her account, she got locked out, and when we tried to recover it she got a message that she didn’t provide enough information. So now she has no Microsoft account AND she can’t access the 365 she ju

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

B3 Phenom support

I checked gigabyte's site on my GA-M57 and it didn't say anything about b3 stepping update, but all of the x3 chips are b3 steppings, so just use the x3 support bios if available.
