Windows 10: I cannot receive verification code using 'setup pin' on lockscreen?

I have a question that i cannot receive verification code from the lock screen Regular verification code troubleshooter on web did not give helpful answers. I have everything setup up correctly i can only recieve verification code via verification code sent to alternate email address or phone number. Verification are not even present in junk folders of my @live.com email address. The problem is that lock screen 'setup my pin' does not allow to send verification code elsewhere i.e. on alternate email address or phone number. Only on @live.com email which does not have verification code no

Not Receiving Verification Code

Hi, I have problem with this, I didn't received any SMS through my phone number, I've double check my profile info to check the phone number is correct or not.

please help, I can't login to my laptop because after update the windows system the laptop request to setup new pin, and for setup the pin needed code verification.
