Windows 10: I cannot recover my password. When I click on "reset password," it says, "This feature...

I've already looked up and tried to put it on Safe Mode. Several times. It works for the administrator's account but not mine. I can't contact the administrator right now. I just need to reset the password because I forgot what I set it to. Also, I'm on a Surface, and the Windows key + W shortcut doesn't seem to work for me. So. h.

What do I do if the password reset feature doesn't work? My email said my password would no longer work, but when I visited the site I was still logged in and I can log out and the save password feature allows me to log back in. I also cannot manually reset my password.
