Windows 10: I cannot reinstall Windows 10 or 11 on our PC's.

A couple of days ago, I spoke with a Microsoft support person. I was sent an email with instructions as to how to perform a clean install of Windows 10 and 11. I cannot access the BIOS by restarting the pc and pressing f2. Therefore I cannot do anything to fix both of my laptops. I never did see anything about resetting my pc. Can someone help me out here. I am so unhappy and cannot afford to go to an IT person to fix this problem.

Reinstalling Windows 10 to sell a PC - is the 'Remove everything' option enough?

Restore factory settings do list Removes your personal files, apps and settings, and reinstalls the version of Windows that came on this PC.

So if this isn't true well than just erase the drive and install a clean Windows 10 with all the drivers u need but why should it be true

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows 11 reinstall

Hi there I'm using a dell inspiron 3501.

I always experience BSODs in my windows 11 PC. So now I'm trying to reinstall windows 11. I have backed up all the important files as well...

But at the moment I am confused whether should I reset my PC by removing all the files or clean install or a fresh start. Can you give me any suggestion and how the method actually works and the steps that I should follow to reinstall windows 11?
