Windows 10: I cannot render 4K videos any more using Vegas Movie Studio 15.0 Platinum after Windows Update

Subject: I cannot render 4K videos any more using Vegas Movie Studio 15.0 Platinum after Windows Update Good day from Singapore, I cannot render 4K videos any more using Vegas Movie Studio 15.0 Platinum after Windows Update. When I use NVIDIA GPU acceleration, the rendered 4K videos are corrupted and not playable. When I switch to AMD IGD GPU acceleration, the rendered 4K videos are fine. Sony Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 10 Installation Problem

So simply put I'm having issues installing Sony Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 10 on Windows 10. I know its an old software but as I'm not making much money its the only video editing software I can use at this very moment. However
the issue I am getting is "TEMP dir not Writable". So therefore the installation cancels and I can't install. I have cleaned the temp folder and everything and the program still will not install.

Vegas Movie crashing

Bought a brand new PC about 8 months ago, never had a problem with Vegas movie studio 15.. After an update of windows 10 it wont even work now??? And a few of my Apps keep crashing.. What do I do?
