    I cannot reset my PIN from the Lock Screen


    HELP!I turned on my laptop expecting to type in my password only to discover that it was changed to enter a PIN. I don’t remember setting a PIN and I don’t remember setting a challenge phrase either. So when I can’t remember my PIN and click on I forgot my PIN, I get nothing. There is no link to change my PIN or even switch to sign in with my password. I really need to sign into my laptop so that I can reset my mom’s locked cell phone. I have no idea what to do. I have restarted it several times, shut it down and removed the battery. How can I get my PIN changed if it doesn’t offer me a link t

    reset pin into lock screen

    Today, I update my phone Lumia 1020 in windows 10 latest version so I checking my phone setting then my mistake, I set pin in lock screen and press lock button........ So I don't know what is the pin key....... And I can't open start screen........ Please
    help how to reset pin password without hard reset

    Forgot pin lock number and have reset phone

    Did you hard
    reset it using the steps here    ? This will return your device to factory settings, purging all info, but should get you past the pin-lock screen.
