Windows 10: I cannot save or upload to or from my computer

Using windows 10 and whenever I try to save a file from anywhere on the web in continually says "working on it" in the display window and even if I click on a folder or a subfolder it refuses to switch the display to that content. It happens when I also try to upload anything. I cannot insert anything into word documents either. This is getting troublesome whenever I am trying to work from home due to COVID-19. Can anyone help with this? I can't even post a picture of it on here for reference....

Having a Word document which is changed at least once a day on the Phone.

Often it works but sometimes it just drives me crazy:

• Save changes?
• Can't upload
• Save changes?
• Can't upload
• Upload status
• Resolve
• Replace item on server

• Upload status (We don't support this authentication scheme. Contact the person who manages this SharePoint site)
• Upload now
• Couldn't upload

To assist you better, please provide us the information below:

• When you say that "1 suggestion was ctrl s the n ctrl a", how exactly have you tried to used the keyboard command for saving the webpages?
  

I suggest you to follow the steps to save the webpage on the computer and check if it helps.

1. Open the Microsoft Edge browser.

2. Right click on the webpage link and then click on Save target as
and then save the webpage.
