Windows 10: I cannot see any contents of "ABP Ananda" app (News channel of Kolkata, India) and play...

I am From city- Kolkata, Country-India. I can able to launch "ABP Ananda" app (Bengali News channel)and "Gaana" app (songs & music)from Microsoft Store but cannot see any news contents from "ABP Ananda" app and play songs from "Gaana" app. I have McAfee LiveSafe anti-virus installed in my laptop.

ABP Subscription error message


Sorry if this has already been posted somewhere but my search showed up no results.

I have installed the ABP app from the store and continuously get the error message below. have to click on "OK" twice.

I cannot seem to do anything about it. As far as I know, I am not registered on any lists?

Any ideas on what is going on please?

• Are you using the built-in Weather app or you have downloaded a
  Weather Channel app from Windows Store?
• Have you check if Location services is enabled on your device?
  • To check if Location services is enabled, Open Settings, select
    Privacy and then click Location.
• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
