Windows 10: I cannot set different wallpapers on different monitors after I restarted my computer

I am not sure what happened or if it was an update or something, but after I restarted my computer, all of my monitors 3 reset to one image as the background. When I went to personalize and right-click to set it to a specific monitor and not all of them, it instead said set as desktop background.

How to display different slideshow wallpapers (backgrounds) on each monitor

I followed those steps. When right-clicking on the image to select a monitor, I get:

• Set for all monitors
• Set for monitor 4
• Set for monitor 4
• Set for monitor 4
• Set for monitor 4
