Windows 10: I cannot share a hotspot anymore

I have been trying for the past month to share a hotspot to my phone, since my laptop is connected with Ethernet and the router is too far away from my office. However, when I connect my phone, it seems like it is connected, but I never get a connection. This is on Windows 11. On Windows 10, I could share a hotspot with my neighbors who needed some WiFi. What could the issue be?

"We cant share this internet connection because we cant connect to the cellular network" error

There is a cellular data, sharing is over Wi-Fi not Bluetooth, although I tried both and still not working.

Wi-Fi is off, Bluetooth is off

I think this error existed after having the phone updated to Win 10. phone is Microsoft Lumia 535

Please help

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap on Network & wireless.
3. Tap Mobile hotspot.
4. Tap on the On/Off slider to enable the Internet sharing/Mobile hotspot on your phone.

Additionally, if the issue continues, you may check the Advanced sharing settings from the
Control Panel to identify if the issue is not related to it. To do this, you may follow the steps below:

• Click Start, type Control Panel and press

• Click Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center.

• Expand the Private network profile, select the Turn on network discovery option under the
