Windows 10: I cannot sign in says we're updating terms and conditions; Site temporarily unavailable for...

When I try to log in, I receive this message window..."Were Updating our terms. As a part of our effort to improve your experience across our consumer services were updating the Microsoft Service Agreement..." At the bottom right of the window there is a button labled "Next"When I hit this button labeled Next, I receive the following...There is a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. It has been like this for two days.Keep in mind I have another Microsoft account on this desktop that works perfectly well. Without access to the account in question I cannot access my live mail or

Terms & Conditions.

The terms and conditions updated for the WP7 appstore, i went to windowsphone.com and My Family to accept them, it said go to Xbox.com to accept. So i signed into my parents account and mine to accept them. I have rebooted my phone a number of times and
it has been over 24hrs and it still says i have to accept when i have?

My family account and terms and conditions.

I have a windows phone, when i bought it and started to set it up, it said that i need to create an account and then requested i had a parent to add to the 'My Family' part of the windows. So my mother added herself on my account as a parent. When we log
into hers it says she hasn't got any children. But when we try to add myself it says it is unavailable. It has recently told me i need to accept the terms and conditions but wont allow me to accept them and requests that my mother does but as it wont show
me as her child it wont allow her to accept the terms and conditions.

Is there any way i can remove my parent on my family and i can accept the terms and conditions?
Please help.

 

Cant agree to Terms and Conditions!!!

I've downloaded the latest version and log on to agree to the terms and conditions. That takes me to a site with a long list of countries. Select UK and I get pages of Terms and Conditions but nowhere can I see where I can tick to agree. So now I have ver
2 I cant use it, and ver3 I cant use.
